The company is involved in the investment and implementation of renewable energy sources, which includes preparation of investments for environmental studies, a feasibility study for energy infrastructure investments, and spatial development study for the indicated investment locations; coordination of a design work, preparation of projects, and other preparatory works; local spatial development plan activities for municipalities and towns; information and cooperation with local communities and local government; conduct of special training, professional marketing, and PR; logistics and transport of large objects; development of other materials and issues; and investor replacement activities. It also engages in trade and distribution of electricity. In addition, the company offers energy management services consisting of customer identification, energy audits, and modernization activities. Further, it provides advisory and consulting services for analysis of the heat market in terms of both heating networks and possible mergers of distribution companies with generation companies, efficiency analyses of energy companies, analyses assessing the possibilities of companies participating in privatization or purchasing other entities in the energy sector, analysis of investment and modernization programs, customer market analysis and creating market strategies for energy sector entities, analysis of the functioning of IT systems in enterprises, Co2 emission management and the use of green mass in co-firing, and legal and economic matters. Additionally, the company is involved in the purchase and sale of real estate properties; and renting and management of own or leased real estate properties. The company was formerly known as Inventi S.A. and changed its name to Bras S.A. in December 2016. Bras S.A. was incorporated in 2001 and is headquartered in Poznan, Poland.
