It serves automotive, consumer electronics, and industrial/specialized end markets. VIA optronics Holding AG was formerly known as VIA optronics AG and changed its name to VIA optronics Holding AG in September 2025. The company was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Nuremberg, Germany. VIA optronics Holding AG is a former subsidiary of Cooperatief IMI Europe U.A.
