The company offers financing solutions for new and used cars, new or used car, electric or fuel-powered engine, heavy transport and trucks; small, mid-sized, heavy trucks, semi-trailers, flatbeds, and step decks trucks; educational financing; club memberships; shopping, maintenance funding, financing for water sports vehicles and equipment, green finance, real estate, tourism and travel, design and finishing, as well as home furnishing financing. It also provides insurance brokerage services, which include medical, life, personal accident, medical benefits cards, home, car, road hazard, key replacement, transportation, and total transport vehicle insurance products. The company was formerly known as Sarwa Capital Holding for Financial Investments (S.A.E) and changed its name to Contact Financial Holding S.A.E. in March 2021. Contact Financial Holding S.A.E. was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Cairo, Egypt.
