The company explores for magnet rare earths neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium, and terbium, as well as ionic adsorption clay rare earth deposits. Its flagship property is the Ema Rare Earth Elements (EMA) Project which is contained within approximately 781 square kilometers of explanation tenement located in the Apuí region of Amazonas State, Brazil. The company was formerly known as BBX Minerals Limited and changed its name to Brazilian Critical Minerals Limited in December 2023. Brazilian Critical Minerals Limited was incorporated in 1999 and is based in Perth, Australia.
