It sells its products under Pomodorissimo, Weetabix, Diete-tic, Piadina Loriana. The company also owns the Santa Rosa brand for jams, Diete. Tic for liquid sweeteners, and Loriana for piadina flatbreads. The company was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Bologna, Italy. Valsoia S.p.A. operates as a subsidiary of Finsalute S.R.L.
