The company holds direct and indirect interests in a portfolio of six UK onshore exploration, appraisal, development, and production assets in the Weald and Purbeck-Wight basins of Southern England. Its assets cover approximately 689 gross square kilometers (km²). The company also holds a 50% interest in portfolio consists of Resan oil appraisal and exploration license covering an area of 305 km² in south east Turkey. UK Oil & Gas PLC was incorporated in 2004 and is based in London, the United Kingdom.

                      • Paul, genuinely sorry to hear that, I guess you are in at the higher level (I hope not too heavily) but surely what you thought about the company at that time and also when Oil was at $20-30 barell.. DONT YOU SEE THIS price 900% discount a further opportunity to double or even triple down to dilute your cost base..... We all kno shares can go down But Brent Crude and OIL is rising and with issues in other countries will stay above $64 profits will start to flow... Are all the problems down to the company and management or GEO POLITICAL... You and Melvyn Simkins deserve the share price to be 2p.. Which will be a 800% increase on today.. The OTHERS reading should get in now... It was 0.51 just a month or so ago... Which would represent an amazing return... I say BUY sub 0.45p and see where we are in 12 months with Oil remaining bullish... Good Luck..
