PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation provides technical services for the oil and gas, energy, and industrial sectors in Vietnam. The company offers engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, transportation, installation, hook-up, repair, upgrade, removal, commissioning, decommissioning, operation, and maintenance services for offshore facilities; and conversion, management, operation, and maintenance services for FSO/FPSO/FSRU/FLNG. It also owns and operates a fleet of anchor handling tug supply vessels, dynamic positioning vessels, offshore support vessels, seismic support vessels, field standby vessels, and safeguard vessels. In addition, the company offers geophysical and geotechnical survey services; geochemical metocean and oceanographic survey services; supports drilling operations, surveys, mechanical repair, maintenance, and installation of subsea structures by ROV; and data processing and interpretation, laboratory testing, and reporting services, as well as supplies and rents cargo handling equipment and vehicles. Further, it provides spare parts, bonded warehouse, overhaul, maintenance of safety equipment, fire extinguishers, rescue equipment, and inspection and certification of equipment; technical manpower staffing; wharfage, jetty, warehouse, open storage space, office lease, cargo handling, offshore structures heavy-lift weighing and load-out, ship repair, shipping agency, customs clearance, logistics, freight forwarding, and security services, as well as supplies fuel, lubricants, and fresh water. The company was formerly known as Petroleum Technical Services Corporation and changed its name to PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation in 2009. PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation was founded in 1976 and is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation is a subsidiary of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group.
