Petrofac (PFC) Price Discussion

It's a failure

Worth buying a few at 7p?
Nope. This will hit the lows of 2p by YE. Possibility if 21Bn shares to raise £400m of equity. That's right, 21Bn shares. The company isn't going bust but RIs have been wiped out.
Finance agreement will wipe out debt but wipe out retail investors completely.
Not trading but at 14.45 looks like value
Looks like you’ll get your chance now. Personally I’d wait for the restructuring to be confirmed first.

Trading at silly prices atm, aramco shud come in n take over, wud be best solution for everyone
Takeover target?!?
What I learnt is not trading against shorts.
The worst possible RNS in the short to mid-term. I can see significant dilution to Retail Investors as they swap debt for equity.
you staying the bleeding obvious. how do you explain that the share price is higher now than it was a month ago. only 20% drop why? and bonds dropped 30% so smells like a cheap takeover not a d4e
you need to calm down a bit…very angry. It’s an opinion. The RNS had D4E written all over it.

22 27 35 42 45 n then hopefully 60.. 80 plus
not too far from my predictions.... now we can wait until there are signs of clear trend inversions.
Hopefully a good resolution soon for the long term investors and also those who have more recently bought in. Best of luck with talks to Petrofac. Let's see how Aidan leads financial transformation.
Done diddly squat.
before opening a long position I wish to see the gap up closing around 22.7 / 22.5. target around 42. Good potential profit but the volatility makes me nauseous.

Indeed indeed, onwards n upwards the way we go, pfc infrastructure too important for shorter to crash. Finance issues can be sorted, heading back to 60p soon minimum.
Well well interesting report today. Finally turntable ??? For the better
Added more today, 60 is definitely possible in the short term
I got out just before the new year as I saw better opportunity elsewhere (very lucky) I think it could go back to 20 to 26.
I am in Vast too, lets hope we will see 1p again soon
Yes, 1 pence.
I'm in at 20p and will wait for the plus 50p times again...
this week's correction hurts a little.... but will HOLD for the plus 50p...
20p another buying opportunity?? advice from Ken is Always welcome...
Too cheap to ignore, bought a starter
Looks like you bought too early. This business is done. Cheap TO coming.
Lets see, 2nd buy gone in today
Oofff.
24p what's actually happening, want to get back in when the bottom is reached...
There is no bottom like now
When was the last time this company made money?
Yesterday
Shorters has been attacking this share. PFC has won large chunky contracts worth more than $1billion. Outlook for 2024 is v good. 2025 they will break even
it will go up soon
42p down 5% any reasoning?

Wait til results, has to go back to 60p levels at least
Finished bit amateurish commentary here. they are obviously not finished getting new contracts consistently order log now 7 billion USD. problem is lack of cash to start up new projects. once they secure funding then the market can move on
new contracts have cash advances. Legacy contracts closing off with payments forthcoming. Sale of equipment at circa £20m. They don’t need funding. I’m more concerned with the collapse of their Bond. This will come good and is just subject to Short attack.
Glad I sold this above 90 back in 2022
Horrible shares to even try to trade daily not talk of holding.
Most maniputed share of ftse
