Melcon Co., Ltd. manufactures equipment for the semiconductor and light industries, through photolithography processes. The company produces the Temperature & Humidity Controller (THC), a thermal control system that interfaces with coater and developer track equipment to provide temperature and humidity control for the lithography process, with versions configured for DUV and EUV lithography as well as etching, deposition, and testing applications. It also manufactures the EXtreme Purified System (XPS/XCDA), a supplementary unit that supplies purified compressed air conditioning to scanners used in semiconductor photolithography volume production lines. Additionally, the company manufactures chillers for etching processes, Prober Chiller units for back-end probing inspection, Fan Filter Unit (FFU) products for EUV applications, and Hybrid Bonder THC units for advanced packaging applications. The company also provides maintenance and after-sales services for its installed lithography equipment, including refurbishment, customer support, and replacement part supply through an on-call service system across Korea, China, the United States, Singapore, and Taiwan. Melcon Co., Ltd. was formerly known as SNF Solution Co. Ltd and changed its name to Melcon Co., Ltd. in December 2015. Melcon Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 2003 and is based in Hwaseong-si, South Korea.
