Megaport Limited is an Australia-based company, which provides Network as a Service (NaaS) solutions. Through software defined networking (SDN), the Company’s global platform enables customers to rapidly connect their network to other services across the Megaport Network. Its services can be directly controlled by customers via mobile devices, their computers, or its open application programming interface (API). The Company operates through three segments: Asia-Pacific, North America and Europe. It connects more than 2,500 customers in over 770 enabled data centers globally. The Company's services include Cloud Connectivity, Megaport Virtual Edge (MVE), Megaport Cloud Router (MCR), Data Centre Interconnect, IX Peering and Megaport Marketplace. Its smart cloud connectivity solutions include hybrid cloud connectivity, multi-cloud connectivity and cloud-to-cloud connectivity. Its MCR enables customers to instantly provision and control virtual routers through its Web-based portal.
