Ferrexpo plc is an iron ore pellet producer. The Company produces, develops and markets its principal product, iron ore pellets, for sale to the metallurgical industry. The Company's operations are vertically integrated from iron ore mining through to iron ore concentrate, and pellet production and subsequent logistics. It operates approximately two mines and a processing plant near Kremenchug in Ukraine, and an interest in a port in Odessa, and sales. It operates a fleet of vessels operating on the Rhine and Danube waterways, and an ocean going vessel, which provides top off services, and operates on international sea routes. Its mineral properties lie within the Kremenchug Magnetic Anomaly and are being extracted at the Gorishne-Plavninskoye and Lavrikovskoye (GPL), and Yeristovskoye deposits. It has a customer base supplying steel mills in Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Germany and other European states, as well as in China, India, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea.

                • 05/03/2020 Effectively on today Zhevago is a bankrupt already: during last few weeks Ukrainian Authorities have arrested and blocked of major Zhevago's assets in Ukraine (Pls. check Ukrainian mass media). Right now a new Ukrainian Government will revoke of Poltava's Mines (PGOK) on the base of unpaid debts of ex - Zhevago's Bank "Finance & Credit" (the bankrupt already since 2015). If you'll decide to buy FXPO's stock, - you should know about it before. Good luck for everyone !

After that moment FXPO's stock will fall down to zero's levels. You have to think three time (as minimum) before you'll invest even a penny into FXPO's stock. Don't make mistakes with FXPO's stock , just simply stay away from this mess.

About this with reference to the press service of Ferrexpo reports BusinessCensor.. . Ferrexpo AG appealed against this court decision. “The restriction does not affect the ownership of shares, but prohibits their transfer. The Group believes that this restriction is temporary and is related to issues in Ukraine regarding Konstantin Zhevago and one of the enterprises that he owned until 2015 (Bank Finance and Credit), ”the company said.. . The company claims to have appealed the court’s decision; its activities continue as usual. “In addition, Ferrexpo AG does not intend and never intended to transfer its stake in FPM (Poltava GOK),” Ferrexpo reports.

As you know already, the Interpol has issued a warrant for arrest & extradition of Mr. Zhevago to Ukraine for multi financial fraud cases, including banking fraud with assets of Ukrainian Bank "Finance & Credit" (Mr. Zhevago was the main beneficiary of this bank (up to 97,5%).. Also, dear investors, you have to be sure that Ferrexpo's stock will fall down to zeros as soon as the Interpol will catch Mr. Zhevago somewhere. As soon as Mr. Zhevago will accommodate in the Ukrainian prison, his "fake" business will be destroyed by the Ukrainian Authorities, on the base of multi billion's debts of Zhevago and his companies in front of Ukrainian State, clients of his ex-bank & etc. Major financial debt cases of Zhevago have been proved by the Ukrainian Court's orders already. Right now all businesses of Mr. Zhevago in Ukraine are under huge legal pressing of Ukrainian Authorities, without any visible chance for positive final for Zhevago.
