It operates in two segments, Managed IT Services and Value-Added Resale. The company offers SysAccess, a managed IT services with AI-driven monitoring and 24/7 support; SysGuard, a CREST-certified continuous threat validation, automated XDR and SOC, and incident response; SysProve, a continuous assurance across ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, and GDPR; and SysVault, an ultra-resilient data protection, backup, DRaaS, and cyber recovery. It also provides cybersecurity consultancy services. In addition, the company operates MSP 3.0, embedding AI, data, and automation services. The company was formerly known as Daily Internet plc and changed its name to SysGroup plc in July 2016. SysGroup plc was incorporated in 2007 and is based in London, the United Kingdom.
