The company offers C360Engage, an integrated POS platform for the food and beverage industry; Transight, an on-premise comprehensive suite of food and beverage business management solutions; GENPACX, a business management solution for the automotive industry that supports active collaboration and exchange of information between an organization and business partners; and EDMS, an electronic dealer management system and web-based application that connects assemblers, distributors, and dealers with government agencies. It also engages in the software development; provision of remedial services for point of sales hardware and related software implementation and support services; point of sales and business management solutions; project management; business and IT-related consultancy services; network infrastructure and security solutions and services; and system integration. In addition, the company is involved in the provision of maintenance services; interactive devices solutions; contract center for outsourcing services; operation of cryptocurrency exchange and other IT-related business; and computer programming, information technology service, and other related activities. It serves various industries, including retail, hospitality, automotive, telecommunications, financial, and public services. The company was formerly known as Datascan Bhd and changed its name to Cuscapi Berhad in June 2007. Cuscapi Berhad was incorporated in 1978 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
