If the market is too volatile some brokers won't allow trades. Should be temporary.

This has no chance. The current equity is negative, it is worthless. The lenders will take preferred stock in a massive dilution in either existing Co or new co either way, existing equity investors are wiped out.

Chapter 11 is not bankruptcy as you think it is.. it buys them time to make it through until the movie slate picks up, allows them to do a deal with landlords to reduce lease amounts.. and they have a deal in place for $1.9bn to see them through.. D4E placing doesnt have to be brutal if the film slate proves the business can exit chapter 11 as a profitable business

D4E when your equity is already at 4p is on a hiding to nothing. You can't dilute to penny stock and expect to keep going. Lenders are totting up their write offs here against Mooky's own 20% holding.

shINV EST you know that the current SP has nothing to do with the D4E they will work out future earnings projections and asign a valuation that way.. this judge wont allow any funny business

Keep deluding yourself. Lenders will want preference over existing equity. C11 gurantees a deal but bagholders are gonna burn. Thought this forum was for clued up investors. This is no better than a reddit page
