It operates through Africa Distribution, International, and Solutions segments. The company offers voucher or PIN-based airtime, and PIN-less or direct top-up airtime; UniPIN, a PIN-based prepaid electricity voucher; and other various electronic vouchers for mobile services and water, as well as distributes prepaid SIM cards, and mobile accessories and devices. It also provides Cellfind messaging portals, financial services, and location-based services; hardware offerings include POS terminals, vending machines, and bulk vouchers; media advertising solutions comprising voucher and billboard advertising solutions; and outbound telemarketing, inbound customer care, technical support, and data and analytics services. In addition, the company offers ticketing solutions for sports, lifestyle events, travel, parks, and rides; access control and customer relationship management; mobile retail solutions; online bill payment; and mobile products, services, and content. It serves mobile networks, utilities, banks, retailers, petroleum companies, and point-of-sale device industries. The company was formerly known as Blue Label Telecoms Limited and change its name to Blu Label Unlimited Group Limited in September 2025. Blu Label Unlimited Group Limited was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Johannesburg, South Africa.
