Ascencio SA is a company incorporated under Belgian law specializing in commercial property investments, with a focus on supermarkets and retail parks. The company operates in Belgium, France and Spain under the B-REIT, SIIC and SOCIMI regimes, respectively. Through its multidisciplinary team, it manages its assets and relationships with tenant retailers in a responsible manner, including a focus on sustainability. The fair value of its portfolio is approximately EUR 835 million, comprising around 100 real estate assets with a total leasable area of approximately 485,000 square meters and generating annual rental income of EUR 60 million. Ascencio SA was incorporated in Belgium in 2006.
