The company provides an end-to-end direct-to-consumer e-commerce solution for consumer brand owners under Software as a Service licenses. It is also involved in the manufacture and online retail of nutrition and wellbeing products; manufacture, ownership, and retailing of skincare, haircare, and cosmetics products. In addition, the company operates various websites that retail luxury fashion brands; and provides website development, online advertising, marketing, franchising and consultancy, procurement, webhosting, warehouse and distribution, content creation studio, and translation and interpretation services, as well as engages in visual content production. Further, it operates hairdressing salons and hotels, as well as a health club and spa. The company was formerly known as THG Holdings plc and changed its name to THG plc in January 2021. THG plc was founded in 2004 and is based in Manchester, the United Kingdom.

  • Short sellers. From what I've seen in the past, short attacks dont last long and share price recovers.

    • Nothing to do with short attack! They want to split the 3 sectors of the business! Witch automatically splits the share value! Think logically! And thier is no information if the new formed companies will give shares to the old THG shareholders, etc. This can be pure robbery! The risk factors are to high, big money won't risk it! Shorts are just the topping, it's just to easy and obvious to short...

      • Lack of clarity over spin off and margins for each aquisition causing sell off. I'll hold.

        • I definitely didn't hold. Sold everything on a 16% loss, from my avg.cost of 6£ per share, just because my other two favourite stocks was down (TTCF and PLTR) and decided to switch my equity over there. THG became to uncertain, even though I love thier brand and products! And thankfully I made the right choice! Geezus, only today the price dropped 34%! Holy ....
