@Gary Marsh,The investors currently are at loss on this consolidation, the way I see it. I've voted against consolidation but they were not enough of us to win. There are less odds to see your shares go up x10 then x3-5 times to recover your investement plus no dividend. Pretty bad decison to have bought Synth for now...I guess I will be stuck with thier stock for 5-20 years. The way I see the consolidation is for them to ask more money into the market for the mistakes they made unless they have some hedge fund targetting their stocks.

Why are they issuing a consolidation ie,20 original shares for 1 new share,how does this if at all benefit any invester? Please could anybody shed any light on this.Many thanks.
