          • I used to think what a great idea but when I learned the fees Vs a real estate agent when I sold a house recently it's never going to work. £1000 with people bricks or £1300 with an estate agent. Estate agent gets my money every time. I bet this goes to the 20 mark.

              • Like this share plus.. In England we base all of our economy on housing and house prices.. Even Govt ministers seem to support builders and give them an easy ride... BUT i see that the graphs above show CONSISTENT green trades.. And more than 4 always ends in tears.. I expect (but dont want this bull market) to correct FRIDAY.. Expect a 5p drop.. I should sell BUT won't.. Waiting for £1 plus... To be worthwhile...
