Ken Laing called this when I wanted to get in at 50p... so when is purple a buy ???? surely at 5.7p it must be
Nope!
Is it at a buy yet?

Graham, the madness is, even with the news PB rise, all other markets drop... OIL prices rising and oild company shares hit the floor.... Oh forgot! Its Covid..
20 could be the bottom
so hopeless....
Ken, is your view the same, or at 20-26p is that a buy?
I personally do not believe this company will be here for long
I think it is tbe re structuring that they had to so. Workforce were all aelf employed. Now they have cut the number of people and theya re all employed. Completely new model, hoping it now starts to settle and recover soon
seems this is going down forever. hold or sell? suggestions please.
30.80p a shocking friday
32p waiting for sub 30p.
I wouldnt touch this even below 30. Property market has been booming and yet this thing has gone the opposite direction lol
I agree and will always take your advice... But in UK we are so focused on property ownership, are they a merger or buyout opportunity? Especially at sub 30p
Called it months ago very poor model. Why would anyone pay their fees when they are practically the same as a normal estate agent??? If it was 25% of the usual fee yeah but at like 90% and all the stress that goes with being your own estate agent.. Sounds like a great idea but the way they are doing it is insane. We bought our current house off purple bricks btw I asked the seller how much he saved and it was about £200.
Apreciate the comments.. Cheer MJ
What's happening does anyone know?
33p down 33%, ouch... Time to double down? Really bad day
I'd run a mile probably about to go bust.
