  • Lloyds will drop even more on Jan 1st... expecting the share price to fall to 34-35p before bouncing back to the EMA line. What's everyone's thoughts?

  • Today's drop = Brexit deal not protecting financial services in UK. On a side note, recent articles have mentioned that dividends may be reinstated in 2021. Specifically, one article mentioned Feb 2021. Again this is not my opinion that it will happen in Feb. However, I do think that 2021 will be a positive year for Lloyds! Enjoy the ride :)

          • Still Bullish on Lloyds for the long-run! Nobody predicted Covid or a second strain. Don't let temporary setbacks or a stupid person prevent you from reaching your financial goals.

              • Hi yes Boe say according to thier requirements to set aside funds for emergency situation such as major defaults on loans repayment next year, the banks have met this request so are able to offer thier shareholders a dividend. Now having done this the decision is the banks to issue a div, the question is will they? Current climate indicates a lower profit overall, my opinion is its unlikely but who knows.
