The company offers Maxigesic IV for the treatment of post-operative pain; Podofilox gel, a topical antimycotic drug for external genital and perianal warts; Sotalol IV, an intravenous formulation of sotalol for the treatment of atrial fibrillation, and life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias; and Valacyclovir oral suspension for the treatment of herpes virus infections. It also provides Atomoxetine oral liquid for the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder; XTRAZA and Tranexamic Acid IV RTU for the prevention and treatment of excessive bleeding; HY-094 Iron IV to treat iron deficiency; and Pantoprazole IV for short-term treatment of adult patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease and a history of erosive esophagitis. In addition, the company is involved in the development of Alenura for painful bladder syndrome; Phosphate oral liquid for phosphate supplementation; and HY-095 PPI for the treatment of gastric ulcers in horses. Further, it develops Aspirin IV for acute coronary syndrome indication; Milrinone for late-stage HF with LVAD; Dofetilide IV for atrial fibrillation indication; HY-074 for acute coronary syndrome indication; Metolazone IV for congestive heart failure indication; and HY-75 for coronary heart disease indication. The company has collaboration agreements with FHP BV, Pleco Therapeutics, Vaneltix Pharma, Inc., and AFT Pharmaceuticals. Hyloris Pharmaceuticals SA was incorporated in 2012 and is headquartered in Liège, Belgium.
