Ferrexpo (FXPO) Price Discussion

war is upon us. All Russia based companies sinking. I know its Ukraine but nobody want business hit by military actions.
once under £1...then it's a trade
255p now glad I didn't buy I March at 339p. must be a buy soon?
Back to long term average level around 180 to 200p.
this company generated durable earnings and pays large dividends (12%+). it has a policy of returning value to shareholders. it paid off is debt in 2021 and so financing costs have reduced further meaning more money for shareholders. the stock price is temporarily down due to Russian troops on the Ukrainian border and iron ore spot prices being depressed (both beyond the control of the company). the share price only matters of you want to sell but why would anyone sell such a wonderful stock at these prices? I just double my position because the stock is on sale in the market at very cheap prices. this is a stock to hold for the long term, enjoy the income and the share price will recover in time because Ferrexpo produces high grade iron ore which is in demand for many reasons including lower carbon emissions. I hope this helps
over 30% of this dividend will be taken by Swiss government.
do people think this will go back down to 2020 levels or this is around bottom?
Prints more money than the FED!
Ukraine very unstable right now...could cause this to halve in value short term
it doesn't sound unstable, just america saying they have spotted russian military hoard near the border but it is normal
An undervalued company. Well placed for good recovery. Producing iron ore pellets which are far more sought after by the steel industry when the economy gets back into gear. Great buy-in opportunity.
that is the reason for the drop , or is there any other reason
Iron ore collapsed nearly 9 percent overnight.
“Buying a cyclical after several years of record earnings and when the P/E ratio has hit a low point is a proven method for losing half of your money in a short period of time.” Peter Lynch
it would appear they are correct
i don't get this stock. it's pe is under 4 and seems to just go sideways since april
the iron price is mabye having the biggest effect?
339p is this still a buy?
Buy your bitcoin lol
Would still have been a good buy at 339p
Super undervalued
what is the fair value?

It is quite possible FXPO will bounce and recover once Authorities catch up with Mr Zhevago! Or do you believe FXPO is also implicated in some way?

Is FXPO's stock going down ???
I am a usual trader of this one, it will drop sub £1 in this cycle, i am poised to enter at that time
05/03/2020 Effectively on today Zhevago is a bankrupt already: during last few weeks Ukrainian Authorities have arrested and blocked of major Zhevago's assets in Ukraine (Pls. check Ukrainian mass media). Right now a new Ukrainian Government will revoke of Poltava's Mines (PGOK) on the base of unpaid debts of ex - Zhevago's Bank "Finance & Credit" (the bankrupt already since 2015). If you'll decide to buy FXPO's stock, - you should know about it before. Good luck for everyone !
