Automata Rare Earth Corp. focuses on the exploration of clean energy metals in Canada. It explores for copper, lithium, graphite, silver, lead, zinc, copper, and gold assets. It has an option to acquire 100% interest in the Oculus Rare Earth Project which covers an area of approximately 2,550 hectares located in Central Labrador; it has an option to acquire 100% interest in the Burnt Pond Project which covers an area of approximately 975 hectares located in Central Newfoundland. The company was formerly known as Cullinan Metals Corp. and changed its name to Automata Rare Earth Corp. in June 2026. The company was incorporated in 2021 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
