Its principal property is the 100% owned Premier Gold project covering an area of approximately 8,133 hectares located on the northwest of the town of Stewart, British Columbia. The company was formerly known as Ascot Resources Ltd. and changed its name to Cambria Gold Mines Inc. in January 2026. The company was incorporated in 1986 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
