The company operates through three segments: Airframe maintenance, Engine Maintenance, and Component Support. It offers airframe maintenance, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other services. The company was founded in 1919 and is headquartered in Paris, France.

Klm stole money from their share holders. Cut 50% in one night without trading. Force the sharholders to buy more to recover their money which was a scam. They shoulf face court

KLM has not done fair with their shareholders with the right issue… all shareholders has lost 30-33% of their share value with this right issue !

This is not fair on Existing share holder who already purchased share 6 months ago. They keeping for price down to trap more and more buyer at €1.17 and rhan drop it below €.99. They just want investors money in and not coming out for long.

Is it legal for airfrance KLM to limit the rights to buy new shares at 1.17 euros to existing share holders in France? I did not sell my shares two days ago but cannot purcahse new shares at the discounted 1.17 euros per share because I am a UK resident. Now my shares will be diluted by 4 times or I am losing 75% of share money!
