The company offers manpower recruitment and training services, including workforce planning, advertisement management, application management, pre-employment screening, candidate profiling, psychometric assessments, recruitment assessment, recruitment assessment, candidate management, and recruitment analytics support; and examination management solutions, such as designing application, candidate authentication, result preparation, question paper management, examination conduction, result finalization, candidate support helpdesk, answer sheet scanning, and result handover. It also provides iOS and Android app development; custom and CMS website development, as well as e-commerce solutions; and extension of time assessments, delay and disruption reviews, project planning and controls, BIM coordination, contract administration, claims management, risk assessment, and project legal support. In addition, the company is involved in CAD and BIM drafting services; architecture, construction, and engineering solutions; and import and export of inks and primers. It serves the commission, defense, education, and PSU markets. The company was incorporated in 1997 and is based in New Delhi, India.
