Investing.com – Indonesia equities were higher at the close on Friday, as gains in the Infrastructure, Agriculture and Basic Industry sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite gained 0.04%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Indoritel Makmur Internasional (JK:DNET), which rose 1,980.00% or 4,950.00 points to trade at 5,200.00 at the close. Sariguna Primatirta PT (JK:CLEO) added 917.39% or 1,055.00 points to end at 1,170.00 and Bank Bisnis Internasional Tbk (JK:BBSI) was up 787.50% or 3,780.00 points to 4,260.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Bank Artha Graha Internasional (JK:INPC), which lost 2.94% or 2.00 points to trade at 66.00 in late trade. Star Pacific Tbk (JK:LPLI) declined 97.20% or 8,262.00 points to end at 238.00 and Industri Dan Perdagangan Bintraco Dharma Tbk PT (JK:CARS) shed 95.31% or 1,668.00 points to 82.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 348 to 320 and 166 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was up 0.51% or 0.39 to $76.30 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 0.49% or 0.39 to hit $79.21 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.04% or 1.10 to trade at $2,559.20 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.13% to 15,473.70, while AUD/IDR rose 0.40% to 10,545.34.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.08% at 101.18.
