probably to simple technical reason because it's not affected fundamentally directly 1st making a lower low mighty be for the month January or for the finished year 2024 because it's also affecting the vix 10 with a tick every 2 seconds 2nd might be a simple technical manipulation to push price lowers thus increasing level of sellers pushing away buyers making it easy to shoot down both there sl in the upcoming trends
