Vodacom Tanzania Public Limited Company offers telecommunication services to consumers and enterprises in Tanzania. It offers voice, data, messaging, financial and digital products, and related services; electronic payment solutions, including virtual M-Pesa Visa card; person-to person transfers; deposits and withdrawal; and financial services comprising M-Pesa overdraft, savings and loans, and insurance services. It serves approximately 16.7 million customers through various sales and distribution channels, including wholesale distributors, retailers, franchise stores, direct sales partners, street vendors, and informal resellers; and direct sales forces, independent dealers and agents, franchises, informal distribution channels, and a network of wholesale channels. The company was incorporated in 1999 and is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Vodacom seems to be stuck in the competition with the other telecom lines in tanzania it needs new innovation to get rid of where it stands or else it will never experience any growth
