UIE Plc engages invests in the agro-industrial, and industrial and technology sectors in Malaysia, Indonesia, the United States, Europe, and internationally. The company was formerly known as United International Enterprises Limited and changed its name to UIE Plc in October 2020. The company was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in Ta' Xbiex, Malta. UIE Plc is a subsidiary of Brothers Holding Limited.
