The company was formerly known as Mills Estruturas e Serviços de Engenharia S.A. and changed its name to Mills Locação, Serviços e Logística S.A. in July 2022. Mills Locação, Serviços e Logística S.A. was founded in 1952 and is headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
