M.W. Trade SA is a Poland-based company that specializes in the financial and advisory support for the benefit of independent public healthcare units. The Company's services include solutions allowing for complete restructuring of liabilities, investments’ financing and assistance in adapting hospitals to the newest requirements related to the expectations of the European Union, among others. The Company provides services, such as Hospital Fund that helps the hospital to secure financial liquidity and minimizes cost connected with debt. It focuses mainly on the outstanding civil (non-governmental) liabilities. The Company's operations also include support for charities and aid in modernizing hospitals. As of December 31, 2011, Getin Holding SA held a 51.27% stake in the Company.
