The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries include design, manufacture and sale of prestressed and precast reinforced concrete building components as well as prefabricated architectural metal components. Its principal activities also include property investment and development, and the rental of machinery. Its segments include property investment and development, construction, and prefabrication. The property investment and development segment is engaged in the development, sales and leasing of residential, commercial and industrial properties. The construction segment is in the business of constructing residential, institutional, industrial and commercial properties as the main contractor. The prefabrication segment is engaged in the business of design, manufacture and sales of prestressed and reinforced concrete building components as well as prefabricated architectural metal components.
