ECR Minerals plc (ECR) is a United Kingdom-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company is primarily engaged in the identification, acquisition, exploration and development of mineral projects. Its Victorian Gold Projects has its project areas, including Bailieston and Creswick. The Bailieston Project is located approximately 150 kilometers (km) north of the Victorian state capital Melbourne. The Creswick Project is focused on gold mineralization hosted within the Dimocks Main Shale. LUX Exploration Pty Ltd (LUX) is a wholly owned subsidiary of ECR. LUX has submitted applications for three Exploration Permits for Minerals (EPM) in Northeast Queensland, Australia approximately 120km west of Charters Towers and over 40km north of Pentland, North Queensland. It owns an interest in the Danglay Gold Project, an exploration project located in a gold and copper mining district in the north of the Philippines. The Company also has an interest in SLM Gold Project, Argentina.
