Investing.com – Israel equities were higher at the close on Monday, as gains in the Biomed, Banking and Financials sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 gained 0.31% to hit a new all time high.
The biggest gainers of the session on the TA 35 were Delek Group (TASE:DLEKG), which rose 2.49% or 1,060.00 points to trade at 43,600.00 at the close. Shapir Engineering Industry (TASE:SPEN) added 1.81% or 38.00 points to end at 2,140.00 and Enlight Ene (TASE:ENLT) was up 1.71% or 105.00 points to 6,254.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:ENOG), which lost 7.02% or 344.00 points to trade at 4,556.00 in late trade. Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT) declined 2.88% or 890.00 points to end at 29,980.00 and Ormat Technologies (TASE:ORA) shed 1.99% or 580.00 points to 28,560.00.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 240 to 204 and 95 ended unchanged on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.92% or 0.63 to $68.81 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.91% or 0.65 to hit $72.19 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.47% or 12.50 to trade at $2,655.60 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.33% to 3.72, while EUR/ILS rose 0.70% to 4.15.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.12% at 100.23.
