Investing.com – Israel equities were higher at the close on Monday, as gains in the Banking, Technology and Financials sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 0.16%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the TA 35 were ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:ICL), which rose 8.61% or 133.00 points to trade at 1,678.00 at the close. Israel Corp (TASE:ILCO) added 8.36% or 6,950.00 points to end at 90,080.00 and Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT) was up 3.99% or 1,110.00 points to 28,910.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Ashtrom Group Ltd (TASE:ASHG), which lost 2.67% or 154.00 points to trade at 5,621.00 in late trade. Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:ENOG) declined 2.19% or 107.00 points to end at 4,775.00 and NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE) shed 1.97% or 1,290.00 points to 64,140.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 251 to 214 and 75 ended unchanged on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was up 2.07% or 1.44 to $70.93 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 1.96% or 1.43 to hit $74.53 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.01% or 0.15 to trade at $2,749.35 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was unchanged 0.02% to 3.75, while EUR/ILS rose 0.80% to 4.09.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.55% at 103.63.
