Investing.com – Indonesia equities were higher at the close on Monday, as gains in the Financials, Infrastructure and Agriculture sectors propelled shares higher.

At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite gained 0.97% to hit a new all time high.

The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Bank Harda Internasional Tbk PT (JK:BBHI), which fell 1.49% or 15.00 points to trade at 995.00 at the close. Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Tbk PT (JK:RISE) added 507.36% or 827.00 points to end at 990.00 and Jaya Trishindo Tbk PT (JK:HELI) was up 298.18% or 328.00 points to 438.00 in late trade.

Biggest losers included Clipan Finance Indonesia Tbk (JK:CFIN), which added 0.48% or 2.00 points to trade at 422.00 in late trade. Sepatu Bata Tbk (JK:BATA) declined 95.06% or 1,212.00 points to end at 63.00 and Electronic City Indonesia Tbk (JK:ECII) shed 94.02% or 3,808.00 points to 242.00.

Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 390 to 266 and 180 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was up 1.12% or 0.84 to $75.67 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 1.01% or 0.79 to hit $78.94 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.49% or 12.35 to trade at $2,558.65 a troy ounce.

USD/IDR was up 0.37% to 15,458.35, while AUD/IDR rose 0.11% to 10,479.56.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.02% at 100.59.
