Investing.com – Indonesia equities were higher at the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Infrastructure, Financials and Agriculture sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite gained 0.86% to hit a new all time high.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Pinago Utama Tbk Pt (JK:PNGO), which rose 812.00% or 2,030.00 points to trade at 2,280.00 at the close. Betonjaya Manunggal Tbk (JK:BTON) added 248.33% or 298.00 points to end at 418.00 and Mahkota Group Tbk PT (JK:MGRO) was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 points to 690.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Lenox Pasifik Investama Tbk PT (JK:LPPS), which lost 99.31% or 8,094.00 points to trade at 56.00 in late trade. Bank Artha Graha Internasional (JK:INPC) added 1.49% or 1.00 points to end at 68.00 and Millennium Pharmacon International (JK:SDPC) shed 97.32% or 4,866.00 points to 134.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 356 to 326 and 149 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.95% or 0.72 to $74.81 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.93% or 0.73 to hit $77.93 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.43% or 10.85 to trade at $2,542.05 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.31% to 15,415.10, while AUD/IDR fell 0.31% to 10,471.50.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.29% at 100.75.
