Investing.com – Indonesia equities were higher at the close on Friday, as gains in the Financials, Infrastructure and Agriculture sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite rose 0.48%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Mandala Multifinance Tbk (JK:MFIN), which rose 1,566.67% or 3,055.00 points to trade at 3,250.00 at the close. Indonesian Paradise Property (JK:INPP) added 909.52% or 955.00 points to end at 1,060.00 and Berkah Prima Perkasa Tbk PT (JK:BLUE) was up 156.92% or 204.00 points to 334.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Multipolar Tbk (JK:MLPL), which lost 99.50% or 10,447.00 points to trade at 53.00 in late trade. Bank Artha Graha Internasional (JK:INPC) declined 99.43% or 9,694.00 points to end at 56.00 and Citatah Tbk (JK:CTTH) shed 99.24% or 2,357.00 points to 18.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 327 to 324 and 178 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.13% or 0.10 to $78.18 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.07% or 0.06 to hit $82.31 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.71% or 16.80 to trade at $2,370.30 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.10% to 16,312.25, while AUD/IDR rose 0.16% to 10,692.27.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.08% at 104.19.
