Investing.com – Colombia equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Services, Industrials and Agriculture sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP fell 0.33%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the COLCAP were Promigas (CN:PMG), which rose 2.30% or 170.0 points to trade at 7570.0 at the close. Interconnection Electric SA ESP (CN:ISA) added 2.03% or 280.0 points to end at 14080.0 and Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores SA Pref (CN:GAA_p) was up 1.25% or 15.0 points to 1215.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Conconcret (CN:CIC), which lost 4.01% or 33.0 points to trade at 790.0 in late trade. Cementos Argos Pf (CN:CCB_p) declined 1.79% or 140.0 points to end at 7680.0 and Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH) shed 1.46% or 120.0 points to 8120.0.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 17 to 11 and 3 ended unchanged on the Colombia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, US coffee C for July delivery was up 0.13% or 0.15 to $118.12 . Meanwhile, US cocoa for delivery in July rose 1.44% or 38.00 to hit $2671.50 , while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.18% or 2.30 to trade at $1291.70 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 1.09% to 2921.41, while BRL/COP fell 0.19% to 781.61.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.21% at 93.59.
