Investing.com – Colombia equities were higher at the close on Monday, as gains in the Public Services, Agriculture and Services sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP rose 0.08%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the COLCAP were Interconnection Electric SA ESP (CN:ISA), which rose 1.06% or 140.0 points to trade at 13400.0 at the close. Cemargos (CN:CCB) added 0.92% or 100.0 points to end at 10980.0 and Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH) was up 0.90% or 100.0 points to 11200.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Canacol Energy Ltd (CN:CNE), which lost 2.68% or 270.0 points to trade at 9790.0 in late trade. Conconcret (CN:CIC) declined 1.48% or 15.0 points to end at 1000.0 and Grupoaval (CN:GAA) shed 1.17% or 15.0 points to 1270.0.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 13 to 13 and 5 ended unchanged on the Colombia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, US coffee C for December delivery was down 4.01% or 5.10 to $122.15 . Meanwhile, US cocoa for delivery in March fell 1.34% or 28.50 to hit $2092.00 , while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.48% or 19.19 to trade at $1277.31 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.15% to 3010.93, while BRL/COP rose 0.16% to 924.31.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.41% at 93.99.
