Zambia National Commercial Bank Plc provides banking and financial services in Zambia. It operates through five segments: Retail Banking, Digital Banking, Corporate Banking, Business Banking, and Treasury Management. The Retail Banking segment offers private banking services, deposit and investment savings products, safe custody, debit cards, consumer loans, and mortgages. The Digital Banking segment provides internet banking, mobile banking, merchant services, and Zanaco Xpress. It offers various transactional services. The Corporate Banking segment offers corporate and investment banking solutions, which incorporate direct debit facilities, deposits products, overdrafts, loans and other credit facilities, and foreign currency solutions. The Business Banking segment provides specialist advice to high growth start-ups and small and medium enterprises. The Treasury Management segment offers treasury transactions, which consists of investments in government securities, placements, open market operations, and other transactions related to dealing in foreign currencies. The company also offers personal, auto, term, and working capital loans; trade, project, syndicate, and supply chain financing services; and bancassurance. In addition, it provides credit cards, as well as cash management services. The company serves personal, corporate, government, and agriculture sectors. It operates multiple branches, agencies, automated teller machines, POS machines, and Zanaco Xpress agents. The company was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Lusaka, Zambia.
