Vinh Hoan Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, engages in farming and processing of frozen pangasius products in Vietnam. Its products include pangasius fillets, strips, rolls, and cubes; and breaded and marinated products, such as fully cooked and ready-to-eat Pangasius fish products. The company also extracts and manufactures collagen peptide and gelatin for use in medicines, cosmetics, and food products.
