Unilever [LON:ULVR], First Quarter Trading Statement, Friday 29 AprilSteve Clayton, Manager of the HL Select Funds“Unilever disappointed many with its last set of numbers and investors will be hoping to see a stronger trend in volumes when they report Q1 figures on Thurs 29 April. However with the pandemic accelerating in some of Unilever’s key emerging markets, like India and Brazil, this could be wishful thinking. The one thing investors should be able to rely upon is a dividend. The group raised the quarterly payout by 4% at the full year stage and stressed the importance the group places on delivering a growing dividend to shareholders, although of course, when it comes to dividends, there are no guarantees.”
I bought my Unilever shared on 04/02/2021. Was I not supposed to get dividend payment in March?
Yes you should have done
Mar 30, 2021 GOLDMAN SACHS CUTS UNILEVER PRICE TARGET TO 4,800 (4,900) PENCE - 'BUY'
Was it really worth changing the target price by 2%
Back to 4300-4400 within 4 weeks time. Consumer spending on the up and loosening of restrictions, good time to buy ✅
Unilever will remove the word normal from about 200 products in a push for inclusivity.Thought this was underpriced until I read that. Get woke go broke
Crazy cheap share. And down as a sell!!!!! Lol
What is happening to ULVR?
People not interested in 3-4% yielding companies they just seem to want over hyped tech
Strong Sterling + brexit trade barriers are not helping.
There seems to be another cycle of dash for trash. Anything with a so so yield is being hammered. When we get a market correction Unilever along with Reckitt Astrazeneca and Glaxo will all rise
4.00 upto 25th divi day
Is this going to 3800
Why is it so low and a recommended sell? I can't see the reasoning
Is it good time to buy or wait till it goes lower?
The answer we all wish we knew... I’d say a good time to buy yes
what does all of this even mean I'm so confused.
why? what is confusing you??
How, I am start this work??
You need to find a trading platform which allows you to buy these shares to begin. It is better to use a lump sum of money to buy shares, but it doesn't mean you have to spend it all at once. you can just have the money in your account ready to buy when the market/stock falls. I hope this helps X
I am losing my patience with ULVR, how many times does the results dissapoint? I will paitiently await the price to tick back up and sell. Glad I sold half last week at 4344
i doubled up today, if it falls further will quaruple, its only a matter of time that it will start picking up.
How much did you end up buying for?? Exactly I don't worry about it coming back up because I know it will. It's just a matter of patience, so buy buy buy while you can 😉
have you double up again? im waiting for 37xx 🤔🤔
Feb 4 (Reuters) - Consumer goods giant Unilever reported on Thursday underlying sales growth for the fourth quarter that was in line with estimates, buoyed by strong demand in emerging markets. Underlying sales rose 3.5%, for the Anglo-Dutch maker of Dove soap, Hellmann's mayonnaise and Tresemme shampoo, in line with what analysts on average were expecting, according to a company-supplied consensus
It will take a good leap with the results
Is time to buy
Waiting for a few % down to get in. Long. Low 40's is a good entry.
4 day week trials - very difficult to facilitate
Why ULVR down for last 3 weeks any idea ?
Brexit trade deal is the reason, look at Halma, computacentre and all shares with exposure to EU are just not moving.
