In view of the declining turnover for the last few years in a row, your CEO should make an effort to establish stronger agency teams with hard working agents ( like GS Realty in real estate) and more aggressive marketing strategies with more attractive incentives to push sales to higher levels, it's just not enough to realign different categories of insurance to mitigate claims, you must be able to achieve good increase on your top line, also you must have in your employment of good investment teams which will intelligently invest the company's insurance funds to bring in the maximum returs.
