It offers discrete devices comprising Insulated gate bipolar transistors, metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors, transient voltage suppressors, fast recovery diodes, low frequency high power transistors, and schottky barrier diodes; intelligent power modules; industrial and automobile modules; AC-DC convertors, such as SSR and PSR flyback controller IC, synchronous rectifier IC, and non-isolated BUCK/BUCK-BOOST and PFC IC products; and AC-DC fast charging protocol, power bank fast charger, and car charger IC products. The company also provides DC-DC converter and power over ethernet IC products; lighting LED drivers; gate driver IC products; micro-electro-mechanical system sensors, including triaxial acceleration, environmental light, distance, heart rate, and silicon microphone sensors; micro control unit IC products; digital audio/video products; and bipolar PWM controllers, bipolar DC-DC, LDO, hall, optional amplifiers, comparators, and reference IC products, as well as volume and sound control, display drive, DC drive, gate drive, darlington, and logic circuits. In addition, it offers gallium nitride and gallium arsenide LED chips; and logic and switches comprising gate, buffer/driver, voltage level translators, flip-flops/latches/registers, and other logic IC products. Further, the company engages in technology promotion and application service business. Its products are used in home appliances, industrial, LED lighting, consumer, audio-visual, LED chip, and automotive applications. The company was incorporated in 1997 and is based in Hangzhou, China.
