China Biotech Services Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, provides medical laboratory testing and health check services in the People’s Republic of China and Hong Kong. The company operates through seven segments: Medical and Health Related Services, Immunotherapy, Pharmaceutical Products, Securities, Insurance Brokerage, BNCT, and Others segments. It also engages in the provision of tumor immune cell therapy and health management services; sale and distribution of health related and pharmaceutical products; trading of securities; insurance brokerage services; provision of boron neutron capture therapy services; money lending business; provision of logistic services; and property investment activities. The company was formerly known as Rui Kang Pharmaceutical Group Investments Limited and changed its name to China Biotech Services Holdings Limited in November 2017. China Biotech Services Holdings Limited was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
