As stated in note 1.2, these events or conditions, along with the other matters as set forth in note 1.2, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Group's and Parent Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.Big RED flags for dilution and yet more fund raising is due anytime within a few weeks.If the expected drill results are mediocre then any new shares will be issued at a large discount to the existing price.The above is about on par with Bells self aggrandisement in' look what a good job I have done'.Bell has not given any returns to shareholders and can be described as living the high life at the expensee of shareholders.Bell's appalling reputation for fund raising and dilution becomes worse. .
