The National Detergent Company SAOG manufactures and sells detergents, liquid soaps, and home care products in the Sultanate of Oman. The company engages in the manufacture, marketing, and distribution of detergent powders, liquid detergents, hand wash liquids, toilet soaps, fabric care, personal care, hygiene care, and other industrial and household cleaning products. It also manufactures sulphonic acid, a surface-active agent used in detergents, and the oil and gas industry; and manufactures and trades specialty chemicals for oil, gas, and construction sectors. The company sells its products under the Bahar brand. The company was founded in 1981 and is based in Ruwi, the Sultanate of Oman.
